Simone Biles Calls Out Kylie Jenner’s Khy Brand for “Criminal” Blazer Sizing

Simone Biles

Simone Biles recently called out Kylie Jenner’s clothing brand, Khy, for its oversized blazer sizing. Biles, the 28-year-old Olympic gymnast, shared a funny photo on Instagram showing the large, purple faux leather blazer from Khy’s collection. The sleeves were too long, and the jacket reached her knees, making her look like she was drowning in fabric.

In her Instagram caption, Biles joked about the fit:
“Ms. Kylie Jenner, this is a crime !!!!!!” she wrote, adding several laughing face emojis. “This is not an XXS/XS.”
She even compared herself to a funny oversized look on model Gigi Hadid, writing: “This is me on the last slide. SICK.”

What Simone Wore

Biles was wearing Khy’s Faux Leather Oversized Blazer in merlot, which costs $138. Khy also sells other blazers that fit normally, priced from $118 to $298.

Kylie Jenner’s Response

A source close to Kylie Jenner told The Independent that the jacket was designed to look oversized, inspired by Kylie’s personal style. According to the source:
“Even though it’s XXS/XS, you can push the sleeves up, wear it open or fully buttoned, or style it as a dress. It’s meant to have a trench coat vibe over a dress.”

Khy’s clothing line also includes mini dresses, denim jackets, bralettes, leggings, and more. In March, the brand launched a collection of latex dresses, skirts, and tops in red, white, and black as part of a collaboration with Poster Girl.

Kylie Jenner on Her Clothing Brand

Khy launched in November 2023 with help from Jenner’s mom, Kris Jenner, and business partners Emma and Jens Grede. The brand made over $1 million in its first hour, according to People magazine. Kylie says she is deeply involved in her brand.
“From original concept to designing, picking fabrics, and every fit meeting—I’m in all of them,” she told Vogue. “There’s not an Instagram post or video that I haven’t personally posted or edited.”

She added, “I’ve put my love into it, and I can’t wait for people to experience the clothes. It’s very personal.”

Simone Biles’ funny Instagram post has brought attention to the challenges some shoppers face with Kylie Jenner’s clothing brand, Khy. While Jenner’s oversized style may work for some, it’s clear not everyone finds the fit flattering.

With the brand’s success and Kylie’s dedication to her designs, it’s likely Khy will continue to attract both praise and playful criticism.
